The Board of Trustees has contracted with RE/MAX for property management including financial management.  The Board Treasurer is responsible for interfacing with RE/MAX with respect to all financial issues including dues, expenses, vendor payments, insurance and foreclosures.

 

RE/MAX secures vendors for landscaping and maintenance.  The Landscape Committee identifies landscape vendors and RE/MAX provides vetting to ensure insurance requirements are met.
