Homestead at the Quarry Homeowners' Association, Inc., was created in 2003. A Board of Trustees was formed under the direction of Bert Barnett. Bert served as President of the Board for 10 years (2003-2013). The Association is managed by the Board of Trustees and is committed to ensuring that the Homestead at the Quarry remains as a premier community and a very desirable place to live.
We did not author the quote below but we thought it captured the heart of what the Homeowners' Association contributes to our subdivision:
"The homeowners' association is the cornerstone of a planned residential community. It brings continuity and order to the community. It preserves the architectural integrity and it maintains the common elements. The Association promotes the concept of 'community' and protects the neighborhood's property values."
